Chef Ashwani Mall comes from Northern India and he has spent 15 years working in some of the finest hotel kitchens across India. Ashwani has been working at Le Meridien Jakarta for the last 2 years, and he is now the driving force behind our newly opened restaurant ‘Handi' which specializes in North-West Frontier Cuisine. In his spare time Ashwani loves learning all about Indonesian Culture and local food scene.
